The short version: your project inquiry is for a conversation about your website. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
What you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional brand name, project type, and message. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Where it goes
When direct form delivery is enabled, your inquiry passes through the site’s hosting provider and Resend’s email delivery service to Small Hours’s inbox. If you use the email link instead, your email provider sends the message directly. Your details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project.
Storage and technical details
This site does not create a customer account or store inquiries in its own database. Delivered messages remain in the studio’s email inbox and may be retained for project correspondence. The email service and hosting provider may retain their own delivery or request logs. A temporary hash of the sender’s email is used in server memory for up to 15 minutes to help limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and assets
This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and website preview photos are served directly from this site, without third-party font requests.

To ask about your information or request deletion of an inquiry, email maria.a.hall.112@gmail.com. Please use the address you originally contacted the studio from so the request can be matched.
